Through this process gain clarity about what you need to release and shed, confronting fears and toxic relationships and behaviours, find the courage to live your passion and dreams, and then visualize and concretize then next chapter in your life. This is a minimum 4 session engagement; further sessions are of course welcome per your request at a per hour charge. 1. In a sacred space, you can share what is weighing heavy on your heart and mind, finish with a Heart/Earth alignment. (Plant card wisdom) 2. Energy Medicine Attunement/ Illumination, re-align your energy centers and illuminate them. (Innerchild) 3. Overcome past woundings/traumas and reconnect to your soul's wisdom. This is shamanistically called a soul retrieval. The idea is that we experience a trauma at one stage of our lives or another, and due to that, a part of our soul becomes inaccessible. This is a soul journey into the lower world of our soul, to heal the wound or trauma, then bring back soul gift fragments in order to be more (w)holely/holy integrated. (Shaman)(fire ceremony) 4. This is then followed up with "conversations" with these soul parts and gifts. Cord cuttings and setting future intentions, unheeded. Dépasser les blessures et traumatismes du passé pour reconnecter avec la sagesse de votre âme.
